Paulo Mordehachvili was a partner and member of the investment committee of Axxon Group, Brazil’s leading private equity fund in the small and mid-cap space. During his period at Axxon, the fund formed a portfolio of 16 platform investments, which acquired an additional 15 companies, and executed 8 exits, of which two IPOs. Before his tenure at Axxon, Paulo led the successful operating turnaround of a large (~2000 employees) IT services companies, between 2003 and 2006. Paulo founded Arpejo Invest in 2017.
Andre Pimentel has over 25 years of experience as executive and consultant in large scale transformational projects. Andre led operating turnaround and restructuring projects acting in C-level roles via interim management and operating consulting, in companies such as Sendas Distribuidora, Grupo Pão de Açucar, Globex (Ponto Frio), Intermédica Saúde, Levorin Pneus, Rede Le Postiche, and Via Varejo, among others.
