It is with great pleasure that we inform that the partners of Arpejo Invest, Paulo Mordehachvili, and of Performa Partners, Andre Pimentel, have associated to with the goal of bringing their efforts together in transformational corporate projects.
Performa maintains its focus on business improvement and transformation consulting projects. Arpejo maintains the search for investment opportunities in medium-sized Brazilian companies, and expands the scope for operational transformation situations in large companies.
The association has its origin and foundation in the philosophical alignment of the members around theses of business transformations catalysed by changes in management, governance and strategic direction.
As a result of the experience of Performa Partners in the execution of Performance Improvement and Restructuring / Turnaround projects in medium and large companies, we have added Arpejo Invest's experience in transforming Private Equity investments, and vice versa.
We seek opportunities where there is a demand for complete solutions for business transformation needs, whether in distress situations (turnarounds), times of low performance (restructuring / performance improvement), or in the implementation of growth plans, post acquisition integration , and market consolidation.

Profile of Managing Partners
André Pimentel has more than 25 years' experience as an executive and consultant on major business transformations. Prior to joining Performa Partners in 2012, he held leadership positions at companies such as Federal Foundry Corporation, Net Rio Cable TV, Coopers & Lybrand, PwC, and Galeazzi & Associates.
He led projects of reference in Restructuring / Turnaround, such as Sendas Distribuidora, Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Globex (Ponto Frio stores), Via Varejo, Intermédica Saúde, Levorin Pneus, Le Postiche Network, among others, as well as Performance Improvement projects in companies segments (Retail, Healthcare, Services, and Manufacturing).
André is a Mechanical Engineer from UFRJ, with a Master's degree in Production Engineering from COPPE / UFRJ, and an MBA from Corporate Finance from PUC / RJ.
Paulo Mordehachvili has more than 20 years of experience in private equity, both in Brazil and abroad, as well as in corporate management (structuring and restructuring).
Prior to joining Arpejo Invest (2017), Paulo was a partner and member of the Axxon Group Investment Committee (2006 to 2017), the leading private equity firm in the mid-cap industry in Brazil - an independent of leading institutional investors - having participated in 13 investments in platforms (out of a total of 16) since 2001, and directly led 4 of them, including healthcare companies, equipment rental and services.
Between 2003 and 2006 he led the successful operational turnaround of DBA Systems Engineering.
Paulo began his career at JP Morgan in New York, and is a graduate of Harvard University, with an MBA from INSEAD.
